1. Who we are

EZER is a ministry management service operated by ATOFARATÍ Ltd, a company incorporated in Nigeria. Throughout this document, “EZER”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ATOFARATÍ Ltd. “You” means the ministry, fellowship, assembly or congregation that holds the account, together with everyone you give a login to.

2. Your agreement with us

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using EZER in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a ministry, you confirm you are authorised to bind that ministry to this agreement.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

3. Accounts and team logins

To use EZER you need an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for everything that happens under your logins.

  • Every person gets their own login. Every person you invite signs up with their own email address and sets their own password.
  • Never share a password. Sharing one login between several people defeats the access controls that protect your members’ records, and we cannot help you trace who did what if accounts are shared.
  • Roles limit what a person can see. EZER enforces role permissions in the database itself, not merely in what the screen displays. A volunteer given a limited role cannot reach financial records, prayer requests or pastoral follow-up notes.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@ezerng.com if you believe a login has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EZER to:

  • break any law that applies to you, including Nigerian data protection law;
  • upload records about people without a proper basis for holding them;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or use member contact details for anything the member would not reasonably expect from their own ministry;
  • attempt to access another ministry’s data, probe or interfere with our systems, or work around any access control or usage limit;
  • resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Your responsibility for access. Your ministry decides who receives a login and which role they are given. Please vet the people you give access to, and remove their access as soon as they stop serving.

5. Your ministry’s records belong to you

The member records, attendance registers, giving records, notes and other content you enter remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them.

  • We use your content only to provide and support the service.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use your members’ personal details for advertising.
  • You can export your records at any time while your subscription is active.
  • We keep a limited licence to host, copy, transmit and display your content strictly so the service can function, and nothing more.

6. Plans, billing and price changes

EZER is offered on subscription plans priced in Nigerian Naira (₦). Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Paystack; we do not store your card details.

What the limits mean

  • Member places count adults only. Children and youth never count toward your member limit.
  • Team seats are staff logins. Ordinary members and Children’s Team volunteers do not use a seat.
  • If you reach a limit, existing records stay exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted or locked. You simply cannot add more until you move up a plan.

Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed once for twelve months.
  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you before any change to your access.
  • We may change prices, but we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects you. Continuing to use EZER after that means you accept the new price.

Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep EZER available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, network problems and events outside our reasonable control can all interrupt access.

Support is offered by email during Nigerian business hours. We aim to respond within one business day.

Sabbath note. Our team rests on Sundays. Urgent issues raised on a Sunday are picked up on Monday, other than genuine service outages, which we treat as urgent whenever they occur.

8. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time. See the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if payment remains unpaid after we have contacted you, or if we are required to by law. Except where the law forbids it or the breach is severe, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to put things right first.

If your account ends, you will have 30 days to export your records before we begin deleting them. See the Privacy Policy for retention detail.

9. Liability

EZER is a record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for pastoral judgement, professional advice, or your own legal and accounting responsibilities. In particular, the stewardship and expense features are a workbook for recording what your ministry has received and spent , not accounting software, financial advice, or a forecast of any kind.

To the fullest extent Nigerian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data where you have not maintained your own exports.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops or the law changes. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts. We would always rather resolve a disagreement by talking first, please contact us before taking any formal step.

12. How to reach us

Questions about these Terms are welcome.
