Sign in with your own EZER login — your personal email and your own password. Never share an account with anyone else on the team. If you don’t have a login yet, ask your ministry administrator to send you a Children’s Team invite, and you’ll set your own password when you sign up.
Each child gets a fresh code at check-in. It only works today, and only once.
Every check-in and collection, with who brought them, who collected them, and at what time. This is your safeguarding record — it answers “who took this child home?” for any service.
Added here, not in the main app. They appear in the ministry’s totals but never count toward its member limit.
One shelf every teacher works from, so the whole team teaches the same thing. Your own curriculum — nobody else’s.
Record what the children gave. It goes straight into the main ministry’s finance records, tagged as children’s ministry, so the treasurer sees it without you sending a message.
Raise a need — crayons, chairs, a new banner — and the ministry’s admin sees it in the main app and approves or declines it there.
